How do I return furniture?
To return your furniture item(s) please phone or email one of our sales team within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Claiming your refund
The refund will be processed once goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
What is the returns policy for furniture Giftware and Lighting?
Furniture purchased under a distance contract (online or by phone) can be returned in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts (information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs). Except for the items of furniture listed below in the Exclusions section, you can cancel your purchase and return the item if you inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery of goods.
Cost of returning your furniture
Unless returning the goods in person you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We offer a collection service under which a charge will be made for the cost of collection. This will be between £29 - £59 depending on the size and value of the item. Goods returned that are in excess of £1500 will incur an additional 10% restocking fee.
Condition of your furniture
For items where unwrapping and assembly was not carried out in your home by our own delivery team please ensure the returned goods are placed in their original packaging.
Until the collection has taken place or the item has been returned to us, you will be required to keep the item in the same condition as it was in when delivered to you (unless we have agreed general usage until an alternative arrives from us) We reserve the right to consider the condition of any item you return to us and make deductions to the refund paid to you on account of any use of the item or any damage to the product.
Arranged Collection
Collections can take up to 21 days to be booked in to the collection/delivery network. Alternatively customers can return goods in person.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns on Mirrored Glass furniture or Mirrors (where our glass disclaimer will have been signed) if the items have gained any cracks or chips whilst in your posession and is therefore not in the condition it was when delivered.
We do not accept returns on Mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items in clearance, seconds and or ex-display are sold as seen and are non returnable.
Returns will not be accepted on Trade/Business to business orders.
